Milos Duncko
President & Chief Executive Officer

Milos Duncko, 45, is a Chief Executive Officer of Steel Capital Corp., prior to founding Steel Capital in 1999, Mr. Duncko founded and served as Chairman & CEO of the BAAR Group after emigrating from his native Czechoslovakia to Monaco in 1989. Initially exporting steel products from his hometown steel company, VSZ Kosice, one of the largest and most efficient producers in central Europe, BAAR grew to become a $200,000,000 importer and exporter of steel and raw materials for steelmaking with offices in 12 countries. Mr. Duncko is a member of the American Iron and Steel Institute, the International Iron and Steel Institute and the World Economic Forum and has served as an advisor to the U.S. Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission on anti-dumping cases in the steel industry. He is a graduate of the University of Economy in Czechoslovakia.

Mr. McCrary received received his B.A. in finance from Hofstra University in 1974.
